Custom Logo Design
A watermark is included at no additional cost.
You will also be provided with the font names and colour codes used in your design.
Additionally, you will receive all relevant logo files, including WEBP files for imagery, PNG files with a transparent background, and an AI vector file. The vector format allows your logo to be scaled to both smaller and larger sizes without loss of quality and is commonly used for signage, clothing, and other printed materials.
Design Process T&C's
A completed design brief must be submitted within 3 working days of placing your order.
If a brief is not received within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled and 70% refunded.
Inspiration images are welcome; however, we do not copy or replicate other designers’ or our own work.
You must ensure all information provided is accurate and final. Changes after the design has started will require a new order.
Large text content (price lists, policies, aftercare, etc.) must be supplied in typed text format only.
Payments, Timescales & Amendments T&C's
Full payment is required before any design work begins.
Payments are non-refundable once your order enters our design queue.
A partial refund may be issued within 48 hours if no work has started.
Our working hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm (excluding bank holidays).
Feedback on proofs must be provided within 3 working days.
Logo designs include two samples; all other designs include one.
Minor amendments are included; excessive changes may incur fees.
Once finalised, amendments are charged at £5 per change.
Final Files & Printing T&C's
Final designs are delivered via email (JPEG, PNG, PDF).
Vector files are available upon request.
Files are stored for 6 weeks only — please save your files securely.
Proof approval is required before printing.
Colour variations may occur between screen and print (RGB vs CMYK and paper finishes).
We are not responsible for changes to contact details after print approval, including QR codes.
Once artwork is approved and sent to print, no changes, refunds, or reprints can be made.
