Turnaround Time
- Design samples are typically delivered within 3 working days.
- Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days after your design sample has been approved.
Our door signs are designed to clearly label rooms with names such as Treatment Room, Toilet, Stock Room, Room Numbers, Open, Closed, and more.
- Size: 20cm x 7cm
- Logos: Logos are not included on these signs. For custom signs featuring logos or additional details, please contact us for a quote.
Terms & Conditions
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To process your claim, we will require clear images of both the damaged item and the original packaging.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a store credit to the value of the item.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production may have already begun or materials may have been ordered.
